Becoming a parent is transformative—beautiful, messy, and often overwhelming. Grounded in neuroscience and how our brains adapt to change, I offer compassionate coaching that blends practical tools with evidence-based support from conception through your baby's first year.

I work with both birthing parents and partners, recognising that this transition reshapes the entire family. Whether you're expecting your first child or expanding your family, this is a space to feel seen, supported, and empowered to navigate this life-changing chapter with clarity and confidence.

Breastfeeding Support

As a qualified breastfeeding practitioner, I provide evidence-based guidance for feeding challenges. I combine practical solutions with nervous system support for both you and your baby. My approach addresses not just the mechanics of breastfeeding but also your emotional well-being throughout the feeding journey.
